ABOUT MANVI BISWAS
I’m a commerce undergraduate at the University of Delhi, passionate about how finance and human resources together drive organizational growth. My journey so far includes hands-on experiences in HR and marketing, where I’ve developed practical skills in recruitment, employee engagement, event coordination, and creative communication.Recently, I completed a Finance Training & Financial Modelling Internship with Mindenious, where I worked on a project analyzing Tata Motors and strengthened my understanding of corporate finance, investment fundamentals, and behavioral finance. I’m currently continuing my learning journey through an HR Training Program with Mindenious, which is deepening my knowledge of employee relations, HR analytics, and performance management.As an HR Intern at TMS Foundation Bharat and a Marketing Member of Comquer (Kalindi College), I’m applying these learnings in real-world environments that demand adaptability, collaboration, and problem-solving.
