I think of design as a good process. I\'m an interior designer, artist and strategist specializing in commercial interiors. Combining an interdisciplinary career with a passionate commitment to improving lives through design, I work to understand her clients’ cultures and translate them into spatial experiences. By layering ideas and focusing on a distinctive design vernacular, my work—whether created individually or in teams, from pop-up installations to morphed interior spaces—consistently opens new avenues of exploration, moving beyond conventional solutions toward a more creative path. My process centers on the belief that every client has a story to tell, and their environment is a great vehicle for telling it. I use a methodical approach for the design development with an emphasis on conceptual clarity, economy of means, and formal precision in materials and craftsmanship. From the initial programming, adjacencies, and counts, I\'m interested in understanding what is needed to create a sense of wonder and question perceived wisdom. I value establishing the “why” in design decisions and instilling positive social change, and incorporating interior environmental strategies that support community development and encourage conversations. Qualifications • Proficient in: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, KeyShot, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Bluebeam • Skilled in quick sketching and problem solving • Strong conceptual development skills and space planning • Experience in working with collaborative design teams • Small to Large-scale projects • All project phases: Programming, Concept Development, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration • FF & E selections and procurement • Writing for publications, toolkits, presentations, and award submissions • Developing workplace strategy approaches • Gathering and analyzing workplace research to support design approaches • Sustainable and inclusive design methods • Leadership capabilities and experience • Strong presentation and communication skills • Optimizing team workflow with project management tools (e.g, micro schedules, kick-off sessions, task lists, clear roles, and responsibilities across teams) Additional Passions and Experience Custom furniture design, Metal fabrication, Workplace strategy, Inclusive design & Sustainability
