Architecting distributed ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x deployments including multi-machine ArcGIS Server clusters, high-availability Portal, Web Adaptors, and replicated Data Store supporting electric T&D operations.• Implementing Esri Utility Network (UPDM) with domain networks, subnetworks, tracing rules, branch versioning, and network rules to modernize grid modeling and field workflows.• Building Field Maps workflows with offline map areas, GNSS-based accuracy, smart forms, conditional logic, and automated sync processes for inspection and maintenance crews.• Developing Experience Builder applications and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into outages, inspections, switching operations, and network health.• Integrating SAP PM with ArcGIS Enterprise using secure REST-based middleware to automate work orders, asset updates, and maintenance planning.• Automating enterprise GIS operations using Python (ArcPy + ArcGIS API), PowerShell, and CI/CD pipelines for backups, publishing, schema migration, and DR validation.• Designing Azure cloud architecture including load balancers, Application Gateway/WAF, VNet segmentation, private endpoints, SSL/TLS, and Azure AD SAML/MFA authentication.• Collaborating with cloud, cybersecurity, DBAs, engineering, and field operations teams to improve GIS reliability, system security, and operational performance.
