Hey There Everybody! Manny here. A little bit about myself. I’m a fun go getter who loves to lead by empowering store teams to become their absolute best. I believe in happy people, happy environment, great sales. I’ve been a District Visual Manager for quite some time now running markets in the Inland Empire, San Francisco, East Bay, San Jose, Valley, Los Angeles, and Orange County. Visual merchandising is my passion and helping others tap into that and see results through great sales is the most rewarding to me. As a District leader it is my job to take in corporate directions and help stores digest the information and support with realistic ideas about what and how each store can accomplish their goals. “If the plan doesn’t work, change the plan but never the goal”
