Quote Creation, Quote Amendment, and Booking: Generating and modifying quotes and booking orders using Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, and Quote) system within Salesforce. • Major Accounts Operations: Handling operational tasks related to major accounts, such as parts ordering and processing order change requests. • Coordinating with Order Management and Major Accounts Managers: Collaborating with the order management team and major account managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing. • Sending Acknowledgement to Major Account Managers: Providing acknowledgments and updates to major account managers regarding the status of their orders or inquiries. • Creating Dealer Paperwork: Preparing necessary paperwork for dealers or customers, which may include contracts, agreements, or other relevant documents. • Invoicing Paperwork Audit: Conducting audits or reviews of invoicing paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with established processes and guidelines. • Bill to Change Request Processing: Handling requests for changes in billing details, such as updating the billing address or payment information. • Reporting with Advanced Excel: Utilizing advanced Excel features like Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, formulas, functions, and macros to generate reports and analyse data related to sales operations and performance.
