ABOUT MANISHA SIRSAT

As a Senior Quality Associate at WNS Global Services, I have been working in the insurance domain for over six years, serving clients from New Zealand. I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in various insurance-related processes, such as claims management, policy administration, and customer service.I have also demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and knowledge base skills, as I have worked in various client-facing roles, handled multiple projects and teams, and supported the training and development of new hires. I have contributed to the quality improvement and customer satisfaction of our services, by ensuring compliance with the client\'s standards and regulations, and by providing feedback and solutions to the issues and challenges faced by the teams and the customers.I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Vilasrao Deshmukh Foundations College of Engineering & Pharmacy, Latur. These qualifications have helped me develop my analytical, technical, and linguistic abilities, and have prepared me for the diverse and dynamic work environment of WNS Global Services.I am passionate about learning new skills and enhancing my existing ones, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities that will allow me to grow professionally and personally.
