Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for brokers, ensuring all due diligence and compliance checks are completed.Handle TOBA (Terms of Business Agreement) lifecycle management, including issuing new agreements, processing amendments (e.g, name, address changes, acquisitions), and updating internal systems.Conduct comprehensive sanctions checks and ongoing sanctions monitoring, including entities and individuals from the EU and Asia-Pacific regions, in line with evolving regulatory requirements.Oversee IAR (Introducer Appointed Representative) onboarding, annual reviews, and offboarding processes to ensure continued compliance.Coordinate and support DAM (Delegated Authority Management) audits and assist with internal and external audit readiness.Implement TOBA amendments and ensure broker changes are properly captured and reflected in documentation and systems.Respond promptly and effectively to compliance-related queries from internal stakeholders and brokers, providing clear guidance.Collaborate with risk, legal, and operations teams to embed regulatory changes and drive continuous improvement in compliance controls.
