Policy Servicing for US Insurance carrier and handling Marine claims. Working as an SME since May 2022. Working for top insurance carriers of US: Berkshire, Country Insurance, Argo, James River Insurance, QBE, Arrowhead, Chubb Group Insurance, Auto Owners, Hartford Insurance, Kinsale, Western World Insurance, NIP Insurance. FNOL, investigation on claims, Validating claims documents, evaluation, settlements, waiver of subrogation if any, liability determining, hull/vessel damage claims. Informing Underwriter about any modifications on the policy, validating claims on worker’s compensation policies, checking policy documents for insured, validating tax forms on the basis of premium basis i.e. Payroll/sales/auto and exposure under different classifications. making sure all carrier requirements are fulfilled. Addtional KRA’s- Setting up regular refresher sessions with the team regarding SOP’s and carrier instructions- Share daily inventory with the team and senior leadership- Actively providing floor support to the team, listem to daily calls using verint software, fetch inventory reports using SQL tools and prepare the current status of the audits- Process audits under manager wait- Assisting manager to prepare performance report at the month end- Download any update receive from client/onshore team to the whole team- Review audits to meet my individual target- Responding to the escalations/feedbacks received from client/onshore team and share the same with the particular team member- Continously thriving towards improving the quality of the process, managing mis-classification. Handled various exposure types like gallons, total cost, and unit-based metrics, tailored for multiple industries.
