ABOUT MANEESH GUPTA

With 27 years of experience across Business Development, Project Management, Product Support, R&D, New Product Introduction, and Professional Services, I have built a strong foundation in driving innovation and operational excellence. My current role is highly dynamic, requiring adaptability in an ever-evolving, interconnected environment.For the past 20 years at Nokia (previously Alcatel-Lucent & Alcatel), I have progressed from System Testing to Network Design and ultimately to leading specialized teams in Network Architecture. Currently, I head the NI Americas IP Customer Engineering team spanning across Canada, United States and Latin America with a strength of 500+ Fulltime and Variable headcount with 70M in services revenue and 1.2B in product sales. My current role entails delivery of engineering services including product trials, design, integration, deployment, upgrades, audits, and custom training for customers across all of North and Latin America.Previously, as part of the Services Business Unit Global Network Engineering division (SBU GNE), I managed global Enterprise Services delivery for over a decade, supporting strategic customers in Utilities, Oil & Gas, Transportation, Government, Healthcare, and Air Traffic Control. My leadership extended to the Asia-Pacific region, including India, one of Nokia’s fastest-growing markets. During this tenure, I was also entrusted with building a 250+ resource engineering delivery center in India - a project I successfully completed ahead of schedule, making it the largest delivery hub for SBU within Nokia.My roles at both Nokia and Ciena have been high-impact, customer-facing positions where I have successfully led teams in executing complex, operationally demanding projects across diverse markets and cultures. I have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving margins, and optimizing costs while maintaining a strategic, results-oriented approach. I am also comfortable taking calculated risks to achieve business goals.I am a dynamic individual who thrives on building meaningful relationships through authentic engagement with others. My interests include diverse outdoor activities such as Jetsurfing, Kitesurfing, Scuba Diving, Boating, Fishing, Wakeboarding, Backcountry Camping, Hiking, Canoeing, Skiing/Snoboarding.
