I am a highly skilled, passionate professional with a consistent record of bringing positive leadership and team building to my organization. I have been successful in implementing both external and internal training programs to exceed sales and profitability goals. I pride myself in being a results driven leader with expertise in adult learning principles, elearning, developing strategic training initiatives, collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and developing and implementing customer retention and utilization tactics.My training, sales and customer success experiences have been gained from a variety of work environments, from a private practice audiology clinic, a top five hearing aid manufacturer, cochlear implant manufacturer, to currently a medtech startup.I strongly believe that as a leader, I work for my team, not the other way around. My passion lies in walking alongside my team members while empowering them with the tools, skills and confidence to do their job to their best of their ability. I pride myself in welcoming creativity, both from my team and myself. I believe we function most optimally when we are given the freedom and confidence to collaborate in a welcoming yet challenging environment.
