New hire training, coaching, reporting, and identifying the need for rehire and conducting the same at regular intervals.Active involvement in Content Writing and Module preparations for Training and Development department.Attend hiring plan meetings and budgets for training.Mentoring fellow Trainers / Coaches on Training effectiveness and delivery skills being in sync with the organizational requirements.Confer with management at all levels and conduct TNA to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.Manage a team of trainers for GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and Healthcare (Payer and Provider) Projects.Monitor, evaluate and record training activities or program effectiveness.Manage the performance of new hire associates from orientation to graduation.Mentor instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.Handle a team of trainers and deploy them according to the requirements.Align team objectives with organizational L&D Strategy.Define SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-Bound).Hire or assign roles based on skills like Instructional design, facilitation, Tech enablement and Stakeholder Management.Set Individual Development Plans (IDPs) aligned with career growth.Encourage certifications, workshops and peer learning.
