Building automated pipelines for geospatial data products using Snowflake, Airflow, Azure and/or Databricks which feed into the backend of APIs and SaaS platform to expand company’s presence in the Canadian market. • Own and maintain near real time big data product airflow pipelines by releasing regular updates, performing quality checks, vintage/annual product updates and monitoring derived data products resulting in efficient and up-to-date data management. • Tasked with research projects that involved feature engineering, data dimensionality reduction and predictive modeling to reduce the data size, processing time and cost, resulting in product and process optimization. • Design data model with focus on optimized data storage and retrieval, improving performance of products/dashboards. • Design and automate quality checks and tableau dashboards for ingestion pipeline to keep track of changes in data sources that helps maintain data quality, reduce time for reingestion. • Preparing and maintaining standardized product technical documentation. • Collaborate and work with teams across firms such as Research and Innovation to debug and improve the product methodologies and data quality.
