ABOUT MANALI KARANDE

Previously as an Associate at Native, I provided end-to-end recruitment support to clients across various industries for the human resources function. I maintained a pipeline of skilled talent and aligned their skills and experiences with suitable positions, using distinctive sourcing strategies and response management techniques. I also conducted background verification, entered candidate details into HR software, and cultivated multiple sourcing channels.Before joining Native, I was a management trainee at PeopleSquare Human Resources Consulting, where I was responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across pharmaceutical, FMCG, and real estate sectors. I curated robust target lists of companies, mapped out relevant candidates, and ensured active pipeline of candidates. I also assisted on senior level mandates, worked closely with the leadership team, and gained in-depth functional knowledge about the clients, their industry, competitors, role, and requirement.I hold a PGDM in human resources management and services from ITM Group of Institutions, and a bachelor\'s degree in accounting and finance from SIES College of Arts Science and Commerce. I also have certifications in leadership lessons by Harvard and digital marketing. I am proficient in human resources, English, and leadership skills.I am passionate about executive search and identifying top-tier talent, fostering connections, and delivering impactful results. I possess a wealth of experience spanning diverse industries and functions, such as sales, marketing, operations, and human resources.
