Ensure diversity and compliance in shop-floor hiring while maintaining statutory requirements. Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source mix, skill availability) to improve quality and efficiency of hiring. Contributed to the GT study, mapping duty positions against sanctioned/approved manpower, working closely with HODs to validate role relevance and enable elevation/redesignation of critical roles.
