As a Front Counter Team Member at Tim Hortons, my primary role focuses on ensuring an exceptional guest experience by delivering top-quality products and services. My responsibilities encompass a range of duties aimed at upholding the high standards of hospitality and guest service at Tim Hortons. This includes maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring product freshness, and providing friendly and attentive customer service.Central to my role is adhering to the S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You) to enhance guest interactions. I am responsible for accurately fulfilling orders while maintaining a focus on speed of service and efficiency. This includes using proper procedures for order accuracy, such as repeating orders and marking beverage lids. Additionally, I ensure that guests are promptly greeted within 5 seconds at both the front counter and drive-thru.An important aspect of my job is effectively handling service recovery by addressing any guest concerns or complaints and working to resolve them satisfactorily. I also prepare products according to Tim Hortons\'s operational standards and guidelines, ensuring the accuracy of every order. Part of my duties involves managing product availability by communicating showcase and product needs.Furthermore, I adhere to health and safety policies, including regular temperature checks of products and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service areas. I also follow all restaurant policies and procedures, which include sanitation guidelines, handwashing techniques, and the use of personal protective equipment as required. Additionally, I am responsible for reporting any health and safety incidents to the Restaurant Manager or Owner.This role demands a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
