To be the first responder to all customer and consumer food safety and quality requirements, investigating, triaging, escalating, and following up as required.To complete various activities to check compliance to the HACCP system and initiate follow up where non compliances are detected.To assist the Quality Manager in the administration and management of the HACCP-based Custom Food Control Plan (CFCP).Provide constructive feedback, advice, and recommendations to Operations to support continuous improvement in quality and food safety standards.To assist with regular external and internal audits, including CFCP, GlobalGAP, customer audits, and other audits as required.
