ABOUT MALLORY FITTS
I am a passionate leader, with proven experience in both finance/accounting and supply chain. I have a zest for leading teams (directly and indirectly): leveraging my strengths of being self-aware, a great communicator and pushing people to do more than they believed they could. I have worked as a remote employee for 7+ years, with a proven track record of being able to balance engaging connections with peers, mentors and leadership teams - with being able to be hyper-focused on productivity and working independently to deliver results. In 2021, I received the Cargill Animal Nutrition (CAN) North America\'s President\'s Club award, the most notable award in our business which recognizes people for excellent performance and superior impact. Less than 1% of employees are able to say they are a part of this prestigious club.I choose to spend time and energy actively participating in opportunities that amplify my impact: holding leadership roles on our Cargill Women\'s Network (chair of Talent Development committee from 20••••21 and currently co-chair of the chapter), a group leader in the Finance Associate Development Program (20••••19), and in was a United Way board member in my local community (Jamestown, ND) from 20••••18.My career path has been varied and deliberate - honing skills that can be leveraged in a variety of roles: People Management, Self-Service Analytics, Inventory Management Strategies, Working Capital Analysis, Accelerated Continuous Improvement mindset, Supply Chain Network Design & Optimization, Project Management, Budgeting, Capital Planning, Cost Analysis, General Accounting, and Internal Controls to highlight a few. I have worked with a variety of technologies including: Tableau, PowerBI, AS400, Llamasoft/Supply Chain Guru, and Microsoft Office. I love finding opportunities to collaborate with cross functional teams, adding value to the stakeholders I work with and finding effective ways to educate, communicate and influence the business partners that I interact with through all levels of the organization.
