I lead Elevra\'s strategy to strengthen government, community and industry partnerships in support of developing a secure North American critical minerals and battery supply chain. My role bridges federal, state and local policy engagement with stakeholders across the U.S. and Canada- Shape and execute advocacy strategies with U.S. federal agencies (DOE, DOD, USGS, USTR), White House climate and clean energy teams, and Congressional leaders to advance domestic critical mineral policy- Build collaborative relationships with state and local governments, ensuring alignment with community priorities, permitting processes, and workforce development initiatives- Partner with Canadian federal and provincial governments, including Quebec, to strengthen U.S- Canada collaboration on lithium mining, processing and refining- Represent Elevra in key coalitions and industry associations, shaping collective policy positions on battery materials, tax incentives and energy transition.
