The Government of Ghana in collaboration with the I.D.A of the World Bank has a $60 million challenge funding arrangement aimed at addressing the skills and technological needs of enterprises operating in both the formal and informal sectors of the economy of Ghana with special focus on women-led enterprises or enterprises with women dominated workforce and persons living with disabilities (PWD). • My function is to assess proposals assigned with all diligence, independence, objectivity and fairness against criteria set by the GSDF delivery unit. • Conduct feasibility review of full project proposals. The Objective is to provide at least grants which will directly lead to over direct employments. • Complete the assessment of all proposals assigned within agreed timelines and express a clear opinion as to whether the proposal is recommended for funding and under what conditions. • Provide valuable suggestions and recommendations to help both applicants and the GSDF office to fine-tune grant proposals.
