Working on the concourse, I provide support to any individual on the premises, from defendants to workers. This can be general support, help with directions and court etiquette or mental health support. Through this role, I have first hand court room experience in both Magistrates and Crown Court. As a result, I am more able to relate to clients as I can easily acknowledge their concerns and emotions.
