As Sr. Solution Architect and Solutions Principal Presales - Modern Workplace Transformation, my role is to guide our customers and internal teams through IT, Digital, and Modern Workplace Transformations using Cloud and On-Premise Solutions. I work closely with sales teams, and other stakeholders to craft tailored solutions, play a key role in winning deals, and drive business growth. I am a trusted advisor to a wide range of customers, from startups to the world\'s largest enterprise IT organizations.My Role & Responsibilities-Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction-Capture customer requirements and analyze the material provided to craft precise solutions-As part of the presales team, I collaborate to construct complex, innovative service provider solutions tailored to the IT services market-Actively engage with presales teams to design solutions that directly address customer needs and pain points-Construct, tailor, and negotiate service contract SOWs for both customer engagements and partner provisioning-Deep understanding of P&L, cash flow development, risk assessment, and partner cost management, ensuring profitability and alignment with business goals-Use advanced analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to create effective and innovative solutions-Follow up on large projects, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained from inception to deployment, and liaise with delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes-Interface with clients in a presales capacity, providing expert advice, solution presentations, and building confidence in the proposed solutions-Maintain a strong focus on quality, productivity, and timely project delivery-Write detailed Statement of Work (SOW) documents, proposals, and presentations to effectively communicate solutions and strategies.LanguagesFrench: Native languageFluent in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
