As a Marketing Executive at Sanctuary Graduates, I am responsible for supporting clients in enhancing brand visibility and increasing diversity through the strategic use of campus ambassadors and influencers. I manage a network of over 50 ambassadors across the UK, ensuring they are aligned with campaign objectives and consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs).My role includes a range of responsibilities, including data analysis, stakeholder engagement, weekly briefing sessions, workload assessment, and the delivery of ambassador training. I also oversee the creation and proofreading of campaign materials and social media templates to maintain quality and brand consistency.Additionally, I produce both video and static content for social media platforms, leveraging current trends and hashtags to maximise reach and engagement. This content plays a vital role in driving awareness and reinforcing our clients’ employer brands among diverse student audiences.
