ABOUT MAIK ERKELENZ

As, I lead a team shaping SaaS marketing in Live Entertainment Tech, showing event organizers how to gain full sovereignty over their operations. With the $.%.At vivenu, we drive marketing that showcases great clients and partners and how they take control of their ticketing, moving away from rigid legacy systems to a more flexible and future-proof approach. Being at the forefront of this transformation means driving real, measurable impact, not just for our company but for an industry on the verge of massive change. Before joining vivenu, my career was shaped by building and scaling strategic consulting approaches for the digital age. At adisfaction and later CROSSMEDIA, I focused on breaking the traditional consulting mold, prioritizing agility, integrating operational experts, and ensuring transparency in every project. Rather than making clients dependent on ongoing consulting engagements, our approach was to empower them with the tools and strategies to succeed independently. It was a rewarding journey that challenged industry norms and proved that consulting could be more than just an endless cycle of presentations, reports, and recommendations. But as much as I thrived in that environment, I knew my ultimate goal was different. I wanted to move beyond advising companies on how to build something great. I wanted to be part of the building process itself. That’s why I made the move to vivenu. Here, I’m not just consulting on transformation, I’m actively leading it. I’m proud to have taken this step into the corporate world, not just as an employee but as part of a success story in the making. ’. ’!
