ABOUT MAHESH GIRISH

With 12 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics, I am a motivating manager and analytical problem-solver. I have a proven track record with A.P. Moller Maersk, where I spent 8+ years excelling in team building, leadership, and engagement. My expertise spans Order-to-Cash (OTC) Invoicing, Export/Import Documentation, and Customer Experience (CX). I possess strong decision-making and sound judgment skills, consistently achieving corporate objectives. As a budding AGILE practitioner, I have successfully completed two projects focused on revenue leakage and unbilled sales order invoicing. Additionally, I have mentored aspiring leaders for two consecutive years, guiding their transition from individual contributors to people leaders. Currently, I lead a global team responsible for Container track & trace at Maersk. Prior to my tenure at Maersk, I led a large team at HCL Technologies, handling the OTC Invoicing process for renowned 3PL Brand in the Americas region.I hold a Master\'s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management from the University of Warwick (UK), and a proud alumnus of the 2013 batch. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Automobile Engineering. Outside of work, I am passionate about photography, enjoy long drives, and love reading the latest non-fiction books. As an avid automobile enthusiast, I find great joy in exploring new roads. I am dedicated to mentoring graduates and aspiring students in the field of SCM & Logistics.
