I specialize in delivering large scale programs across high value, cross border, and real time payment systems, bridging business and technology to enable resilient, compliant, and future ready payment infrastructures. My expertise spans global schemes and market infrastructures including CHAPS, BACS, SEPA, TARGET2, SAMOS, SADC, SORBNET, ZAHAV, MASAV, ELIXIR, SIC, Faster Payments, and SWIFT (MT, MX, FIN, FINplus). I have played a key role in implementing SIC Instant Payments in Switzerland, supporting institutions with readiness assessments, ISO 20022 standards alignment, liquidity planning, and operational resilience. I also bring deep experience in ISO 20022 migrations, PSD2 compliance, Open Banking, and end to end delivery across requirements gathering, business analysis, testing, implementation, and post go live stabilization.
