Work with the global technology group handling a wide range of applications and databases. My team focuses on Point Of Sale automation and monitoring system health. I am the data architect for systems that need Retail Tech Analytics data. The data sources include SQL Server / Azure data blobs / API endpoints / Kafka queues and Cosmos DB. Work closely with Starbucks AI implementation (Deep Brew) Have extensive knowledge of Power BI to showcase insights from data collected. Part of the responsibility includes setting technical road map for the team to ensure we maximize Cloud usage. Leading the data engineering team by building various data pipelines in order to make real time data available for effective decision making. Working on entire stack of Azure PAAs and IAAs solutions. Working with most of Azure data components including CosmosDB, Data Pipelines and Azure DW components.
