Today, it is a leading global player in VSF and the largest chemicals (Chlor-Alkali) player in India.Job Profile-Handling Engineering material, raw material, packing material, spare parts cum project material,Responsible for material receipt, issue and its accounting,Physically examine of daily received material as per purchase order/Invoice and material tagging,Make GRN in SAP and submit it to QA department for sampling & analysis purpose,Submit of GRN to Finance & Accounting department after getting approval/clearance from user/QA department on daily basis,Co-ordination & follow up with purchase department for material procurement & replenishment of material which stock below ROP (Reorder Point) level,Daily material issue on FIFO basis and issue slip posting in SAP, Taking perpetual inventory of material on the basis of stock verification calendar as per ABC analysis of material,Maintaining registers & records of Daily Material Receipt, Material breakage, damage & excess, Material Reject, Daily usage of Material Handling Equipment, Self Life Items, Freight Bills, Man Power etc.Timely generation of min-max material PR and its monitoring,Indentation for material procurement in SAP,Analyse & reconcile the physical stock with system stock,Clearing & dispatch of rejected material to the respective supplier within stipulated time as per ICS control,Preparing monthly stock statement,Inventory management and control,Publishing of FSN (Fast, Slow & Non-moving) analysis of material movement on quarterly basis,Day to day planning and execution of various work,Review of internal audit & stock count audit, improvement & achievement of goal setting, Strictly adherence to 5?S & good housekeeping in stores,
