ABOUT MAHBUB ALAM
Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at Dalhousie University, where my research focuses on machine learning for the spatio-temporal analysis of big data. Before that, I obtained my M.Sc.(Computer Science) from the University of New Brunswick, and B.Sc.(Computer Science and Engineering) from the Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET). During my master\'s, I also worked with big data systems for processing spatial data. Besides, I have been serving as an Assistant Professor (Computer Science) at DUET since June 2013. Prior to this, I served as a lecturer (Computer Science) in DUET for 3 years. At present, I am on study leave for my PhD at Dalhousie University.
