With a broad range of professional and personal experiences, I bring a blend of creative expertise and a forward-thinking approach to leadership and collaboration. My passion lies in challenging the status quo to foster exceptional workplace and client experiences. As a collaborative team member, I excel in senior leadership, strategic planning, community development, digital marketing, and event activation. My background encompasses extensive experience in business management, mentoring, digital content creation, social media marketing, creative development, operations management, community building, event execution, music marketing, and comprehensive customer service. I am also strongly focused on community and entrepreneurship, with a deep understanding of growth marketing. Throughout my career, I have consistently achieved both professional and personal goals, refining my interpersonal skills and fostering strong relationships. I am driven by a commitment to building meaningful connections and exploring new opportunities. Recent career highlights include founding MahaliaJane.com and hosting The Uncovery Podcast. I was honoured with a Special Recognition Award in January 2019 for my national management work at Hub Australia. I achieved a client Net Promoter Health Score of 63 in 2018 and 69 in 2019, significantly exceeding the benchmark score of 40. My contributions to the national culture committee at Hub Australia were instrumental in our ranking as the #15 Great Place to Work in Australia in 2019. Additionally, I secured a government grant for a local entrepreneurship program, through which I mentored 20 startup entrepreneurs. In my role as a creative director, I have led projects for TVCs, television, stage, and film across South Australia. I was recognised as the Best on Ground Account Manager in 2016 at Southern Cross Austereo. My work in music has earned nominations for the People\'s Choice SA Music Awards 2019 as Best Pop Artist and the People\'s Choice SA Music Awards 2018 as Best Electronic Artist for original music projects. I was also shortlisted for the inSPACE Award at the Adelaide Fringe Festival 2016 for a stage show I directed and wrote, and I played a key role in the launch and opening of the Live Entertainment Venue Confession.
