Since implementation, we have seen zero spill hazards in AFE. Combined AFE Directed pack walk score reduced from 0.691 to 0.597.*Project VIS for Increased Item visibility for G level chutes launched in AFE at October 2024. Post launch,50% reduction of injuries was observed in October 2024 compared to September 2024 and 25% reduction of injuries from August 2024. The installation of mirror stickers in G-chute level saw a significant increase in Pack Chuting rate. 3% increase was observed in pack chuting rate in October 2024 compared to September 2024. Added to this, LC5 chuting rates saw an increase of 5.74% in October compared to September 2024. Post launch of Project VIS, AFE observed a significant improvement of 2.76% in AFE TPH in October 2024, compared to September 2024*12 PMV’S developed to streamline accommodation process for associates developed in collaboration with safety and learning team.*Implemented wall utilization to test the walls in AFE aimed to track mechanical barriers to execute a flawless peak 2024. Wall utilization status will continue till start of Peak 2024. As a leader, I conduct daily stand-ups, engaging with associates, sharing safety and quality tips, and leading stretches for a safe shift. I have received recognition from both associates and managers for my active involvement in equipping the team for efficient work.
