Summer Intern – Business & Creative DevelopmentAdamó | Laguna Beach, CA | Summer 2025As a summer intern at Adamó, an emerging luxury clothing brand based in Laguna Beach, I played a hands-on role in the early-stage development of the company across multiple disciplines. This all-encompassing internship exposed me to the complex and fast-paced nature of launching a high-end fashion brand, requiring a diverse and adaptive skill set.My responsibilities included analyzing sales data and business performance, contributing to marketing and advertising strategy, assisting with graphic and creative design, and participating in the conceptualization and development of clothing collections. I worked cross-functionally across creative direction, product design, branding, manufacturing coordination, and operational planning.Launching a luxury brand in a competitive market like Southern California demands a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. I embraced a multifaceted role—balancing design sensibility with business acumen, and supporting everything from accounting to manufacturing logistics. This experience sharpened my ability to think like both a designer and an entrepreneur, and gave me firsthand insight into what it takes to build a brand from the ground up.
