Accountable for the results achieved by the Upstate New York Auto Claim Team team inclusive of 290 employees across two locations; Buffalo and Albany. • Serves as a member of the local Executive Management Team providing input, insight, and assistance to other Product Leads and CCVP to ensure success of the local office as a whole. Provide meaningful and timely exchange of information. • Select, lead, mentor, performance manage and develop staff. • Evaluate claim behaviors, and develop and implement strategies and plans to address staff professional development. Make certain training needs are identified and addressed on an ongoing basis.
