As Marketing Director for one of the largest private insurers in the US, supporting the North American Property & Casualty division specializing in selling small business insurance products through our appointed agents, my role is pivotal in driving strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, engage and activate agents to ultimately increase sales. Collaborating closely with sales leadership and product teams, I develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns leveraging various channels such as digital (including video, email, social media, and paid advertising) as well as traditional methods like print collateral. My goal is to effectively communicate the value proposition of our AmTrust products and services to agents and empower them to sell to small businesses.
