ABOUT MADLEN TRENKLE
I have completed my Bachelor of Science in International Business at ESB Business School and my Master of Public Policy at the Willy Brandt School. Currently, I am working as a Consultant at Capgemini.During my studies I gained different international work experiences. My first traineeship was at the Singaporean-Germen Chamber of Industry and Commerce, where I mainly promoted bilateral trade, international business and worked on a project to digitalize the sale forces. I performed my second mandatory internship at John Deere in the HR department. Hereby, I enjoyed implementing virtual training courses as well as digitalizing application processing and onboarding materials. After the internship, I was as a consultant at OSCAR GmbH, in which I accomplished a project in the field of digital cooperation. I developed a basic structure to save documents, which considers interfaces and can be migrated to MS SharePoint.During my master\'s studies, I seized the exciting opportunity to work as a working student at Capgemini in the field of Public Sector Consulting. In this role, I deepened my knowledge in the financial sector and worked on the National Education Platform. Additionally, I wrote my master\'s thesis in collaboration with Capgemini on the international AI competition.My fellow students and former working colleagues know me as a well-organized, highly professional, reliable, and responsible person with excellent communication skills in English and German. Due to my international studies and work experiences, I have international business competencies and intercultural skills. I can work well on my own, but I prefer to collaborate with others.
