Marketing & Communications •Lead development and execution of WMCI’s marketing and communications strategy, including brand voice, storytelling, and visual identity.•Direct planning and implementation of campaigns that support student enrollment, student engagement, donor engagement, and program promotion.•Works with the ABC West MI Chapter communications team to coordinate marketing, ensure brand alignment, and co-create campaigns that promote the construction industry and educational opportunities. •Oversee the content calendar, ensuring alignment with priorities and events.•Lead and manage the creation of compelling multi-platform content.•Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.•Manage the production of the annual course catalog and institutional reports.Fund Development •Develop a comprehensive donor communication and engagement strategy.•Create personalized stewardship tools, donor spotlights, impact reports, and behind-the-scenes content.•Support the President with donor cultivation, corporate sponsorships, and foundation relationships.•Collaborate on writing/editing grant proposals and reports.•Oversee the donor database, tracking engagement metrics.•Leads select fundraising initiatives including the annual campaign and giving day efforts.•Serve as the staff liaison to the Corporate Impact Committee leading the volunteer committee work in support of philanthropic initiatives.Events Leadership•Serve as the project lead for WMCI’s fundraising events.•Own event strategy, planning, promotion, logistics, and donor/sponsor stewardship.•Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.•Support mission-driven events including summer camps, graduation ceremonies, career fairs, open houses, and industry outreach initiatives.•Serve as an external events liaison, representing the organization at industry and community functions.•Develop event impact summaries and donor follow-up communications.
