With experience spanning frontline constituent experience to strategic campaign management, I’ve led initiatives that deepen community engagement, grow donor pipelines, and drive transformational giving. I\'ve engaged directly with constituents and employed CRMs at both local institutions and organizations with state and national audiences. My favorite part of the day is when I get to chat with Marylanders about their own history and what connects them to the state. When I am not engaging directly with the public, I am leading teams, writing and improving policies, interpreting and cataloging data, designing promotional materials, and always asking, “How can we make this even better?”
