I am a global trade compliance and customs operations leader with over five years of progressive experience spanning global logistics, customs brokerage, platform management, and regulatory risk management. I currently serve as the Head of Trade Advisory (Manager II, Risk) within Amazon\'s Global Mile organization, where I lead a global trade advisory team with a focus on generative AI trade tool development and global consulting, driving innovation at the intersection of emerging technology and trade compliance.I am a strong people leader with a proven ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing compliance teams. I am known for cultivating talent, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration, and empowering my team members to grow professionally within the trade compliance discipline. I actively recruit and mentor customs professionals, investing in the next generation of trade expertise while driving team performance against ambitious operational and compliance objectives.I hold a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) designation and Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) credential, complemented by a Level 4 UK Certificate in Advanced Customs Compliance from the Chartered Institute of Export & International Trade. In prior roles at Amazon, I oversaw North America trade operations, customs broker management, NA regulatory contact management, and the global trade platforms powering compliant cross-border commerce at scale.
