Find Cost Saving opportunities through alternate sourcing. Frequently Track Invoice for Reconcialation through Gate Entry and Store Entry to Resolve Supplier Queries Regarding Payments and Material Receive or Reject Management. Tracking of import shipments to achieve timely delivery as per the allotted PO to the vendors. Resposbible for custom clearance payments BOE and Fuel Surcharge payments. Calculating the Impact Analysis while On Boarding the New Suppliers.
