ABOUT MADELEINE GALLAGHER

I’m a Global Marketing Coordinator at Paladin EnviroTech, a private equity backed ITAD and electronics recycling platform focused on secure data destruction, ESG aligned processing, and circular economy outcomes. I support our leadership, sales, and operations teams by turning complex topics such as rare earth magnet recovery, chain of custody requirements, and sustainability reporting into clear, accurate messaging that enterprise customers and partners can act on. My strengths are organization, clean communication, and brand consistency; I like building systems, not one off campaigns, so that every deck, one pager, and LinkedIn post ladders back to the same professional, trustworthy story. I’m especially interested in how technology lifecycle management, critical materials recovery, and responsible recycling can reduce risk for organizations while creating real environmental impact. As I grow in my career, I’m focused on becoming the kind of marketing leader executives rely on for concise insight, well structured storytelling, and execution that is dependable, detail driven, and on time.
