In this role, I am Marketing and Promotions Specialist for both Wisconsin Management Company (property management), their 120 property portfolio across 3 states and FGS Restoration (restoration and construction). I work with the Executive Team to create and carry out content and marketing strategy across all platforms which includes developing all marketing materials including websites, newsletters, blogs and articles, social media content, videos and hardcopy materials for events, properties and the company. I am therefore chief storyteller, collaborating with company teams to gather and tell stories about the business and employees which we present to both internal and external readers. I present client specific marketing strategy to investors and clients and have been in charge of creating a training program for property managers, teaching them how to utilize marketing platforms and enhance their strategy for their properties.Experienced in branding strategy, social media management, SEO strategy, ad campaign management on Google and Facebook, reputation management, Google My Business, the lease-up/new construction process, and highly skilled in industry specific platforms such as RentCafe and Apartments.com.
