I am currently working as Trainee HR Advisory at WTW, where I am completing a Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship and Level 5 CIPD. Throughout my Apprenticeship, I undergo 6 month rotations through various teams within HR, including HR services, Employee Relations, Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Development & Engagement and Recruitment. This enables me to gain hands-on experience and develop expertise across a broad range of HR functions, ensuring a well-rounded skill set.
