I play the critical role of lead consultant and strategist with our largest, most sophisticated clients and I am ultimately responsible for client satisfaction. I also partner with Producers to acquire new clients and grow relationships with current ones. My responsibilities include: • Proactively driving discussions around health and benefit plan performance and design: Monitoring trend and making recommendations to improve effectiveness of employee benefits programs• Play a key role in growing relationships with clients by recommending enhancements to benefit plans or broader rewards program design• Proactively advising clients around service issues; developing and implementing processes and policies to improve overall client service• Developing and leading open enrollment processes including communications strategy, collateral development, vendor implementation, and conducting open enrollment meetings• Working with Sr. Client Managers to develop project plans, assemble teams for delivery on client projects, and ensure delivery against project goals• Working with Sr. Client Managers in ensuring completion of reports and administrative actions for clients such as Form 5500 filings, policy checking and delivery, SPDs, etc.• Maintaining and cultivating strong carrier relationships • Mentoring and developing junior colleagues• Understanding, articulating and implementing key Willis Towers Watson value-added resources and intellectual capital; contributing to the development of new tools and approaches
