Act as the principal representative and lead liaison for assigned contracted programs before they are turned over to the assigned onsite operation manager. Responsibilities include the coordination and management of programs following the contractual commitment, up until the onsite operation of the program. In addition, I am accountable for obtaining a signed contract, and when necessary, completing the sales cycle. Responsible for working with the onsite operations manager to finalize all program financials and the final invoice as needed. Unrelated to direct program operation, I also lead internal team trainings, continuously expand the vendor/venue database within my region and assist in site visits for the sales and account management teams.
