Analyse website traffic for high-revenue landing pages and provide regular reporting with insights to improve conversion rate. • Responsible for UAT for the migration of e-commerce store from WordPress to AEM. • Based on my prior experience of project management, I was also given responsibility for project coordination of website migration from WordPress to AEM. • Conduct A/B and redirect testing on web-shop and high-traffic pages to personalize user experience and maximize conversion. • Responsible for creating and implementing website QA procedures, and defining metrics to ensure that all browsers and devices render pages properly. • Develop CRO roadmap for ensuring pipeline readiness of test releases that will be conducted on the website • Composed compelling page copy for better user engagement on the website. • Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders regarding website visitors and prospect behaviour to enhance lead conversion optimization.
