This is in house digital agency works for educational institutions. I am responsible to manage 23 clients in the education industry, I am dedicated to helping businesses engage with their audience and stand out through strategic content publishing across all social media platforms. My role involves creating and executing social media strategies that attract and retain audience attention, ensuring a strong online presence for each client.Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Oversee social media accounts for clients, ensuring timely content publication and consistent coordination to gather necessary content from clients.Content Creation & Publishing: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content to each client\'s brand and audience across various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedInAudience Engagement: Implement strategies to attract and engage audiences, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community for each client.Google My Business (GMB) Management: Expertly handle GMB profiles for all clients, including updating content with fresh photos, replying to negative comments, responding to messages, and verifying pages.Social Media Strategy Development: Craft comprehensive social media strategies and calendars for each client, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs.Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing clients with regular reports and actionable insights to optimize engagement and reach.Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep clients\' strategies current and effective.Achievements:Successfully managed the social media presence for education industry clients, significantly enhancing their online visibility and engagement.Developed and implemented social media strategies that resulted in increased audience growth and interaction for each client.Maintained a high level of client satisfaction through consistent communication, timely content updates, and effective issue resolution.
