ABOUT M. FRANCIS ANTHONY

Throughout my two decades of experience in the outsourcing industry, I have held positions ranging from an Executive to my current position as Director RCM. In 2006, when I was promoted to Team Manager at Sys Information Health Care India Pvt. Ltd, I began my leadership journey. Before assuming this position, I held team leader and senior executive positions.I held various positions at AMSplus and its parent company, Advantage Healthcare Solutions. As Director RCM in the current role, I oversee the Facility & Operations (RCM) in Bangalore, I\'m responsible for operational deliverables, P&L achievement, FTE optimisation, and managing relationships with assigned accounts. Certified in Lean Six Sigma, I have conceptualised and implemented transformation initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase employee value.As Engagement Lead, I work with new and existing accounts to increase their wallet share. Through intensive account management, I increased revenue by thirty per cent and added eighty full-time employees. People management is one of my key strengths, and I collaborate with the HRBP to implement talent retention measures. Certified Physician Practice Manager (AAPC-CPPM) and Certified Professional Coder (AAPC-CPC), I have experience providing RCM Operations, such as Coding, Billing, Rejection and Denial Analysis, Credentialing, A/R and High-Cost Claims review, and Client Services.I am on LinkedIn to network with professionals with whom I can share my experience and expertise.
