Established the company’s compliance committee which is representative of all departments and facilities that meets monthly. Introduced web-based LMS annual compliance training to ensure 100% completion of training by over 800+ employees and contractors of the company. Also developed targeted LMS training by risk area as required. Introduced both internal HIPAA risk assessments and annual third party HIPAA voluntary security risk assessment.
