I lead Environmental Sustainability and Circular Economy within Supply Chain. It\'s an honour, and I love that we are learning; collaborating; challenging and making progress to minimise the impact we have on the planet. The (science based) targets and strategy are in place; the opportunities are endless.Using data, empathy and informed judgement to make decisions, I lead by focusing on the win/win/win. I champion ideas that will create positive impact for our business, our people (customers/partners and employees) and the planet. I love the strategic element, planning out the steps towards the vision and mission focuses me and provides a concise way to get others engaged in execution. I\'m passionate about driving solutions that benefit all and like to adopt a fast pace in delivery.Fundamentally a team player, I believe the combined whole is better than the sum of the parts. I like to share my thinking and act as a communication link across the organisation. I promote cross functional teams and work hard to get agreement, trust and commitment from all stakeholders. I believe in continuous improvement, in learning on a daily basis, in challenging the status quo and each other while maintaining our commitment to deliver measurable results.
