I would describe myself as risk and operations Leader with experience in business transformation of Processes, People and Systems to deliver better outcomes within the Finance Industry.I am an effective leader able to support businesses have greater discussion on the key risks facing their organisations. I am able to provide great commercial judgment, supporting leaders to consider how they can improve customer outcomes and regulatory compliance, whilst retaining sufficient profitability.I\'m a keen problem solver who likes putting my skills to work in a variety of different settings. My key goal is to enhance business results by building new processes, strategies or frameworks or improving existing ones. I\'m strongly focussed on delivery and I will drive change through until completion. I’m most motivated by complex and challenging situations, that require deep thinking, and the synthesising of multiple strands of information to deliver the best recommendations.I have experience across multiple risk disciples, including Enterprise, Credit, Operational, Regulatory and Strategic, and I am an experienced Operations Leader.I’m currently expanding my network to continue to build out my skills and knowledge in emerging focus areas - in particular Operational Risk, Operational Management and the use of Generative AI to increase productivity and improve business results.
