ABOUT LYNDA WILLIS
Lynda Willis is a marketing and media services professional with over 20 years in the industry under her belt. Her career started off in the Northern Bank in 1986 where she held a variety of management roles in public relations and marketing. In 2004 she set up her own business (Customer Sense Training and Consultancy) providing marketing-based training and helping small businesses implement practical and cost-effective marketing strategies. Lynda has mentored a range of small businesses at start-up and growth stages via the Invest NI “Go for It Programme”, Business in the Community, the Prince’s Trust and with the Southern Regional College’s Business Support Team. Market research is another area of expertise and she has managed two major market research projects in the Craigavon area in recent years.Customer service is one of Lynda’s passions and she is a facilitator for Tourism Northern Ireland in delivering the internationally recognised WorldHost Customer Service Programme. Some of her training clients include the Department of Agriculture, the Consumer Council, Newtownabbey Borough Council, the Clarion Hotel (Carrickfergus), CCEA, the Ulster Independent Clinic and Hillsborough Castle.Marking digital marketing planning assignments is another major part of Lynda\'s business. She has been an examiner with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has marked postgraduate assignments for the Digital Marketing Institute since 2011.
